The Small Print


Payment Policy:

We accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, wire transfers, domestic COD and Net Terms upon credit approval.  No shipments are made until payment has cleared.  Shipping, insurance and Michigan State Taxes if applicable are due prior to shipment release.

Shipping Policy:

We prefer to ship all domestic products via FEDEX with signature required and add only our cost back to customers.  If expedited services are required, buyer will pay for all additional shipping and insurance costs.  We will not ship to PO boxes or use the USPS.  The term “shipping”  includes the cost of insurance and special packaging or duties/VAT when applicable.

Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise specified, all items include a 1 Year Warranty against hardware defects only.  Software and cosmetic blemishes are not part of the WarrantyBuyer warrants that, for software received, a valid license will be obtained or such license is already owned.   Though we make an effort to remove passwords, no guarantees apply to password resetting.  Unless otherwise stated, no original manufacture warranty is offered or implied even if the equipment condition is new in box.  QoS Communications reserves the right to void warranty if our Warranty Policy Terms below are breached.

The warranty is non-transferable.  OnOnly retail, end-user clients are eligible for any warranty beyond 60 Days unless otherwise stated. Wholesale customers should contact QoS Communications directly for available warranties.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must first be approved by contacting QoS directly.  Any DOA items must be returned in original condition, exactly as they were received within 10 days of receipt of product.   Products must be returned in original condition with packing as it was received.  Risk of damage in transit on returns rests with the buyer, therefore, all electronics should be professionally packaged.

We will replace the item under the warranty terms or return your money.  All shipping costs for returns will be reimbursed to the buyer if items are determined to be defective.  Returned items determined to be non-defective will result in a 20% non-refundable restocking fee charge to the buyer and no shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Products sold internationally may be exported from the United States only in accordance with Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to United States law is prohibited and Customer agrees to waive any claims against seller for damages or costs.


International Terms:

We have many international customers and we do our best to satisfy their requirements for delivery.  However, at the end of any outbound international shipment paid by the shipper (QoS), we are liable for customs, taxes and fees.  For this reason, using the buyers shipping account on international orders expedites the process and mitigates the risk of unforeseen charges and customs issues.  Diversion contrary to United States law is prohibited and Customer agrees to waive any claims against seller for damages or costs.
